　　“2024中国企业领袖年会”于12月13日-15日举行，主题为“蓄力开新局”。中国建材股份有限公司执行董事、副总裁王兵在圆桌论坛环节进行了分享。

　　王兵认为，高端的市场很少，低端市场利润又很薄。所以各行各业还是要高度重视，潜力无限的中产阶级的新需求，“这是非常巨大的潜力，高质量发展也是靠这个。”

　　谈到内卷话题，王兵说，反内卷不是说政府呼吁了，就不内卷了。真正解决内卷问题是靠创新，“如果你的产品不是有差异化，品牌有溢价能力，品牌有故事，让用户有获得感，那用户会花钱买你？”

　　他指出，一个好的企业对供应商是高度重视的，因为好的供应商能给企业带来竞争力的提升。“所以我们做企业的，要把我们的产品成为客户竞争力的源泉，我们的客户买了我们的产品，让他有获得感、成就感。所以内卷问题的根本还是自身。”王兵说。
