　　《财经》年会2025：预测与战略暨2024全球财富管理论坛于12月13日-12月15日在北京举行。百融云创高级副总裁陈立宇出席并演讲。

　　陈立宇介绍，百融云创通过AI技术帮助金融机构促成金融资产交易。

　　他以人工坐席举例称，一些头部金融机构有将近上万个外呼坐席，一个坐席一年的成本大概10多万元，但只能做一些简单的标准化产品销售，但个工作很容易被AI替代。

　　“我们现在拿AI给金融机构进行标准化产品销售，一个AI的成本大概是一个坐席的1/10左右，会极大扩大金融服务的覆盖面、专业度，包括在财富管理领域的投教、陪伴、甚至包括在市场出现波动时，对客户进行心理情绪的辅导都可以通过AI完成”。

　　陈立宇透露，百融云创拿销冠的能力去训练AI，“我们的AI能够达到销冠60%、70%的水平，而销冠的水平是普通坐席的2-3倍，现在的AI大概已经超过普通坐席的能力了，金融机构会极大地实现降本增效”。
