　　克莉丝汀（01210）发布公告，上市复核委员会已于2024年12月3日就除牌决定进行复核聆讯。于2024年12月12日，公司收到联交所的函件，当中声明，经审慎考虑所有事实及证据，以及公司及联交所上市科提交的全部陈述后，上市复核委员会决定维持上市委员会根据《上市规则》第6.01A（1）条撤销公司上市地位的决定。

　　于2024年12月13日，公司收到联交所的函件，当中告知公司股份上市的最后日期为2024年12月24日，而股份上市地位将于2024年12月27日上午九时起撤销。
