For a start, iFast's China Desk will operate in Singapore and Hong Kong
iFAST Global Markets (iGM) Singapore, the wealth advisory arm of iFAST Financial, has launched its China Desk, as it aims to better capture business from Chinese clients both within and outside Singapore.
This unit is meant to better support investors outside China keen to invest in this market as well.
For a start, iFast's China Desk will operate in Singapore and Hong Kong.
The China Desk is part of iFast's ongoing bid towards building "a truly global business", says chairman and CEO Lim Chung Chun.
He believes that the China Desk can help iFast provide "meaningful" services to investors who prefer the guidance of investment advisers and of going it alone.
iFast Corp shares closed Dec 13 at $7.57, down 0.39% for the day and down 7.68% year to date.
