Kyverna Therapeutics (KYTX) said late Friday it appointed Dan Maziasz and Cara Bauer as chief business officer and chief human resources officer, respectively.
Maziasz was previously the chief business officer at Atara Biotherapeutics (ATRA), according to Kyverna.
Bauer most recently served as global head of human resources at Kite, the company added.
