龙升集团(06829.HK) 公布，于12月12日下午四时正，已接获合共6份有效申请，涉及合共约1.29股供股股份，占供股项下提呈之供股股份总数约89.41%。根据不可撤回承诺，Fame Circle已认购8,900万股向其暂定配发之供股股份。余下1,525万股未获认购供股股份，占供股项下提呈之供股股份总数约10.59%将受补偿安排规限。
公司已委任配售代理，于最后接纳时限后按尽力基准向独立承配人配售未获认购供股股份，而净收益将按下文所载方式支付予该等不行动股东。配售代理将按尽力基准在不迟于12月18日下午四时十分促使收购方以不低于认购价的价格认购所有该等未获认购供股股份。根据包销协议之条款，任何未获承购供股股份将由包销商承购。(ha/k)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
