金融界12月16日消息，海隆控股在2024年中期报告中披露，其首次公开发售后计划涉及的股份总数为81,573,950股，占公司已发行股份的约4.81%。该计划的目标是奖励或奖赏对公司做出贡献的董事和员工。每名合格人士根据首次公开发售后计划获得的授权利益上限不得超过已发行股份总数的1%。以此为标准，购股权的价格由董事会全权决定并通知合格人士。
