佳源服务(01153.HK) 今日(16日)复牌高开逾45%报0.4元，之后升幅曾扩大至72.7%，高见0.475元。现升41.82%，报0.39元。成交量约4,473.2万股,涉资1,838.7万元。
公司上周五(13日)公布，全部复牌指引经已达成，主要包括刊发上市规则规定的所有未刊发财务业绩并处理任何审核修订；证明公司符合上市规则第13.24条的规定(即拥有足够的业务运作或拥有相当价值的有形资产或无形资产)；及对异常交易进行适当的独立调查，公布调查结果并采取适当的补救措施。
另外，公司于10月底时公布，联席要约人华盛资本证券及Linkto以9,900万元向控股股东佳源国际(除牌前编号02768)附属创源所持该集团股份的接管人收购4.5亿股，占约73.56%股权，按例提出无条件强制现金要约，每股要约价22仙，较股份停牌报27.5仙折让20%。
当时集团指，要约若获全面接纳，要约总代价约3557.6万元，联席要约人无意对该集团现有业务作出重大变动，维持股份上市地位，预期全部5名董事辞任后，联席要约人拟立即提名新任董事进入董事会。至于Linkto由高远兰为唯一股东，与华盛资本证券作一致行动。
佳源服务原母企佳源国际于10月初未能完成复牌条件，集团的重组不太可能实现，联交所于10月14日维持将佳源国际除牌决定，最终于10月29日正式除牌。(ha/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
