Turaco Gold (ASX:TCG) intersected gold mineralization from a recent drill program at the Jonction deposit and the Affienou prospect within the Afema project in Ivory Coast, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The program yielded up to 9 meters at 9.9 grams per tonne (g/t) grade of gold at Jonction and 7 meters at 3.8 g/t gold from 115 meters at Affienou, the filing said.
Shares of Turaco Gold slid nearly 2% in recent Monday trade.
