消息面上，本月初有媒体报道，市场传出英伟达下一代Blackwell架构芯片GB200的量产计划再度遭遇技术瓶颈，而微软将削减订单。供应链透露，这次出现问题的是背板连接设计，因美国供应商的Cartridge连接器测试良率不佳，量产时间恐再推迟至2025年3月。
此外，鸿腾精密此前公布2024年第三季度未经审计的综合业绩。营收同比增长0.8%，为11.74亿美元，因对人工智能相关连接产品的强劲需求在很大程度上被公司消费电子业务和电动车业务的疲软需求所抵消。鸿海精密高管在最新的财报电话会议上表示，预计到2025年，包括人工智能服务器在内的云业务的销售额将与手机业务大致相当。
