招商证券研报指出，青岛港重组方案有序推进，资产收购助力增厚远期业绩。青岛港区域优势较强，其利润构成中盈利能力较强的集装箱板块、液体散货板块占比高，当前ROE处于行业领先水平，在东盟航线持续增长下，集装箱吞吐量仍有提升空间，收购油品码头资产有望增厚液散板块远期利润表现，且A股中永续经营的优质资产较为稀缺，有估值重塑空间。
值得一提的是，近日，山东港口青岛港董家口港区12万吨级油品码头工程顺利通过竣工验收，该项目比计划竣工验收时间提前1个月，标志着该项目圆满完成建设任务，为码头工程提速建设、港口生产提前运营夯实了基础。项目建成后弥补了董家口港区原油运输能力的不足，对承接黄岛港区原油运输存量转移和增量发展、解决青岛港油品码头靠泊能力结构性矛盾具有重要意义。
