智通财经APP讯，龙升集团控股(06829)发布公告，于2024年12月12日(星期四)下午四时正(即最后接纳时限)，已接获合共6份有效申请，涉及合共1.287亿股供股股份，占供股项下提呈的供股股份总数约89.41%。根据不可撤回承诺，FameCircle已认购8900万股向其暂定配发的供股股份。余下的1525.23万股未获认购供股股份(占供股项下提呈的供股股份总数约10.59%)将受补偿安排规限。
根据上市规则第7.21(1)(b)条，公司已作出安排，以配售的方式通过向非股东的独立承配人提呈未获认购供股股份(收益归相关不行动股东所有)，以出售1525.23万股未获认购供股股份。
