智通财经APP讯，宏华集团(00196)发布公告，公司的附属公司四川宏华电气有限责任公司(宏华电气)成功中标一国内客户为期两年的页岩油压裂服务项目，中标金额约为人民币5.8亿元。宏华电气于近日与国内客户完成首年页岩油压裂服务合同的签署，合同金额约人民币2.9亿元。根据服务合同，宏华电气将向国内客户提供一系列电驱压裂设备及服务，用于页岩油的开发。
服务合同乃宏华电气与国内客户按公平原则磋商后厘定，服务合同条款属正常商业条款，公平合理。
由于全球石油需求的增长和传统石油资源的减少，页岩油的市场需求在不断增加。页岩油气是我国油气发展的重要战略接替资源，因其开采技术的复杂性，一直是行业内关注的焦点。近年来，通过持续的技术攻关和迭代升级，我国页岩油开采规模和产能都在不断扩大。公司凭借在电动压裂装备研制过程中取得的成功经验和现场应用实践，通过引入全电驱压裂技术，提高开采效率的同时减少环境污染，实现非常规油气低成本、高效率开发，提升公司压裂装备及压裂服务的核心竞争力。本次合同的签订，是公司电驱压裂设备辅助性施工服务首次进入某页岩油市场，彰显了公司产品的可靠品质和优质服务得到了更多客户的信赖与认可，也对公司进一步推进电驱理念落地、打造业内标杆、抢占市场高地具有里程碑意义。
