珠江船务与广东省港航集团签订的总供油协议
财中社12月16日电珠江船务（00560）发布公告，涉及与广东省港航集团签订的总供油协议。该协议将于2025年1月1日至2027年12月31日期间有效，主要内容是本集团将为广东省港航集团提供柴油及润滑油。这项交易被视为非豁免持续关联交易，因此需要独立股东的批准。
根据公告，董事会提出了建议的年度上限，分别为2025年的7510万港元，2026年的7670万港元，和2027年的7700万港元。过去三年的交易金额分别为2022年1702万港元、2023年7309万港元和2024年4614万港元。董事会认为，签署总供油协议将为集团带来稳定收入，并符合公司及股东的整体利益。独立财务顾问已对该协议的合理性进行了评估，并建议独立股东支持相关决议。
