China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings (HKG:1848) signed an agreement to acquire two Airbus A320-214 aircraft through its special purpose vehicles, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The deal involves ARG Aircraft Leasing 1, a subsidiary of Aircraft Recycling International (ARI). The planes are under long-term leases to an airline client. The aircraft are expected to be delivered by Dec. 2024.
