BBMG (HKG:2009, SHA:601992) unit Tangshan Jidong Cement agreed to acquire Shuangyashan Xinshidai Cement from 48 sellers for a total of a little over 635 million yuan, a Dec. 13 bourse filing said.
Shuangyashan Xinshidai Cement engages mainly in coal mining and mining of mineral resources of non-coal mines among other activities.
