12月13日22时，克莉丝汀发布公告称，其在12月12日收到香港联交所函件，经审慎考虑所有事实及证据，以及本公司及联交所上市科提交的全部陈述后，上市复核委员会决定维持上市委员会撤销本公司上市地位的决定。克莉丝汀将在12月27日被撤销上市地位。门店全关、无法正常交出财报的克莉丝汀，早从2023年4月3日起就开始暂停买卖股票，停牌至今近21个月。

今年10月18日晚间，克莉丝汀发布公告称，因克莉丝汀未能满足所有的上市复牌指引，港交所决定取消克莉丝汀的上市地位，即对克莉丝汀做出除牌决定。

克莉丝汀进一步表示，根据上市规则，其有权于10月23日前要求港交所复核委员会复核除牌决定。如果克莉丝汀不申请复核，其将在10月29日上午9点正式取消上市地位。

在这之后，10月23日，克莉丝汀提交了申请，要求复核除牌决定。

12月13日晚间，克莉丝汀发布公告称，经审慎考虑所有事实及证据，以及本公司及联交所上市科提交的全部陈述后，上市复核委员会决定维持上市委员会撤销本公司上市地位的决定。克莉丝汀的最后上市日期为12月24日，12月27日将正式撤销上市地位。
