Liu Jie has resigned as FingerTango's (HKG:6860) chairman, chief executive officer, and an executive director effective Monday due to his other business commitments, a same-day bourse filing said.
The mobile games publisher is currently in the process of identifying suitable candidates for the positions of chairman and CEO.
