财中社12月16日电航天科技（000901）发布关于公开挂牌打包转让所持AC公司100%股权和TIS工厂0.003%股权的进展公告。公告显示，公司于2024年10月28日召开董事会通过了相关议案，并在2024年12月13日收到北交所的受让资格确认意见函。至挂牌公告期满，已征得意向受让方AllCircuitsHoldings（Singapore）Pte.Ltd.，该方已缴纳保证金7329万元人民币（约合1019万美元），其中支付给子公司Hiwinglux S.A. 622万美元，支付给子公司IEE International Electronics and Engineering S.A. 398万美元。
AllCircuitsHoldings（Singapore）Pte.Ltd.为惠州光弘科技股份有限公司的控股子公司，与公司不存在关联关系。公司将按照相关交易规则推进股权转让后续工作，但因涉及境外资产，转让结果仍存在不确定性。
2024年前三季度，航天科技实现收入49.86亿元，归母净利润-1082万元。
