12月16日金融一线消息，民生银行发布公告，公司于2024年12月16日收到新希望化工投资有限公司的《简式权益变动报告书》，新希望化工通过集中竞价交易方式增持公司股份。

　　新希望化工于2024年12月16日通过集中竞价交易方式增持公司1761.65万股H股股份，占公司总股本的0.04%。本次权益变动前，新希望化工及其一致行动人南方希望实业有限公司、新希望六和投资有限公司持有公司无限售流通股占公司总股本比例为4.96%。本次权益变动后，新希望化工及其一致行动人持有公司无限售流通股占公司总股本比例为5.00%。
