消息面上，近日，基石药业-B公布，将在第66届美国血液学会(ASH)年会上，公布管线2.0重磅产品CS5001(ROR1 ADC)针对淋巴瘤的最新临床数据。公告指出，CS5001是目前已知首个在实体瘤和淋巴瘤中均观察到临床疗效的ROR1 ADC。本次ASH年会的公布突出CS5001作为单药治疗晚期淋巴瘤的最新安全性和疗效数据。
另外，CS5001全球多中心临床试验目前仍在美国、澳洲和中国同步进行，目前剂量递增已完成，近期公司将启动涵盖多瘤种、具有注册潜力的Ib期剂量扩展研究。
