Sunrise Shares (SGX:581) appointed Huang Jyun-Ruei as the company's chief executive officer, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Sunday.
Ruei assumes the role following the redesignation of Datuk Tan En Eng who will now serve as the CEO for the company's Malaysia Operations while remaining the executive director, the filing said.
Meanwhile, Nicholas Eng Teng Cheng has been appointed as the executive director and will be responsible for business development, strategic partnership and invester relation functions, the filing added. Lol poor
