该交易将采用所谓的远期流动协议的形式，即买方同意在贷款发放前购买贷款。据悉，Affirm 将能够获得表外融资，以支持未来三年超过 200 亿美元的贷款发放。近几个月来，随着私人信贷公司对价值 5.2 万亿美元的资产型金融市场（包括汽车贷款和住宅抵押贷款）的兴趣日益浓厚，非银行贷款机构纷纷从 Affirm 等“先买后付”贷款机构购买消费贷款。本月早些时候，Prudential Financial Inc. 旗下的 PGIM Fixed Income 从 Affirm 购买了 5 亿美元的贷款。Fortress Investment Group 和 Blue Owl Capital Inc. 等公司也一直在收购类似的债务组合。
