李宁与非凡领越签署持续关联交易框架协议
财中社12月13日电李宁（02331/82331）发布公告，宣布与非凡领越签订了经重续框架协议，以明确本公司与非凡领越之间的持续关联交易。非凡领越为本公司的主要股东，间接持有约10.53%的股份，因此该交易被视为持续关联交易。根据上市规则，相关交易的最高适用百分比率均低于5%，因此无需独立股东批准。
根据协议，双方可能进行多项交易，包括本集团向非凡领越出售品牌产品、非凡领越向本集团提供生产及加工服务，以及共同设计、生产和推广联名产品等。协议将于2025年1月1日生效，并持续至2027年12月31日或非凡领越不再是本公司的关联人士。
预计截至2024年12月31日，基于该框架协议的应收年度上限为1亿元，而应付年度上限则为6亿元。协议的订立旨在增强双方的合作与资源共享，提高成本效益，并加强对所制造产品质量的控制。
