评级机构标准普尔表示，即使未来一至两年本港零售市道持续低迷，但相信领展(00823.HK) 可以凭强劲的市场定位、持有必需品相关零售资产、增加海外资产，加上负债比率已经下降，可为集团信贷评级提供下行缓冲，因此确认领展“A”评级，评级展望“稳定”。
标普认为，领展香港商场续租租金将于未来数月录得负增长，到期租约于未来12至24个月内将下降约5%，出租率将维持96%至97%的韧性水平。
