北京首都机场签订摆渡车服务合同 年付2035万元
财中社12月13日电北京首都机场股份（00694）发布公告称，因日常运营需要，公司与巴士公司签订了陆侧摆渡车服务采购合同，合同期限为一年，自2024年12月15日起至2025年12月14日止。该合同是对前陆侧摆渡车服务采购合同的续签，旨在为北京首都机场东、西航站区的旅客提供免费的陆侧中转摆渡车服务。
根据合同条款，公司每年需支付巴士公司固定合同费用为2035万元，该费用包括物料成本、人工成本和管理费等。此外，夜间出租车应急保障服务和突发公共事件的服务费用将根据实际服务量计算，夜间出租车应急保障的总服务费上限为每年63万元。由于交易的适用百分比率高于0.1%但低于5%，该合同需遵守上市规则的相关申报和年度审阅规定，但获得豁免遵守独立股东批准的要求。
