兴业控股(00132.HK) 公布，旗下附属公司绿金租赁与广东西樵山文旅投资控股集团订立融资租赁。据悉，绿金租赁将以代价3,000万元人民币(下同)，购入广东西樵山文旅投资控股集团位于广东省佛山市南海区西樵镇之若干指定车辆停载设施；以及将相关资产返租予广东西樵山文旅投资控股集团，供其使用及占有，期限为五年。涉及租赁利息总额约541.9万元。
兴业控股表示，订立融资租赁及附带文件乃绿金租赁之一般及正常业务过程之一，并预期将为集团提供稳定收益及现金流量。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
