上证报中国证券网讯（记者 徐蔚）恒投证券12月16日公告，余磊因需专注个人其他事务已辞任非执行董事，董事会提议选举庞介民为第五届董事会非执行董事。

履历显示，庞介民，53岁，自2024年2月起担任天风证券董事长，自2024年10月起担任天风证券党委书记。庞介民曾任职于中国人民银行北京分行、中国证监会机构监管部、北京市西城区金融服务办公室，曾担任北京金融街投资（集团）有限公司副总经理、中国银河金融控股有限责任公司首席运营官兼合规风控部总经理。庞介民曾于2010年12月至2020年12月担任恒（金麒麟分析师）泰证券董事长。
