IT之家 12 月 14 日消息，针对英特尔临时联席 CEO 关于“骁龙 PC 退货率高”的问题，高通方面很快做出了回应。

英特尔临时联席 CEO 称，由于客户对搭载高通骁龙 X 芯片的 PC 兼容性不满意，导致退货率很高。

高通公司发言人向 CRN 否认了这一理论，他们表示搭载骁龙 X 芯片的电脑的退货率“符合行业标准”，并表示客户对他们的 PC 很满意。

高通发言人表示：“我们的设备在消费者群体中一直都能获得 4 星以上的好评，我们的产品获得了业内无数赞誉，包括 Fast Company、TechRadar 和许多消费者出版物颁发的奖项。我们的设备退货率符合行业标准。”

IT之家查询发现，目前亚马逊上大多数搭载高通骁龙 X Elite 芯片的 PC 确实都有四星及以上的评价。

高通 CEO 曾预测，基于 Arm 处理器的 PC 将在五年内实现 50% 的市场占有率。但高通最新这份给 CRN 的声明似乎对此并不那么乐观。高通发言人表示，预计未来五年内将会有 30% 到 50% 的笔记本电脑将转向非 x86 平台。
