智通财经APP讯，海天国际(01882)公布，于2024年12月16日(交易时段后)，海天精工(作为卖方)与该公司的间接全资附属公司海天塑机(作为买方)订立机器设备购买协议，据此，海天精工同意出售而海天塑机同意购买海天精工制造的自动加工线、数控车床、加工中心及相关设备，总代价约为人民币2.065亿元。
