智通财经APP讯，晨鸣纸业(01812)发布公告，承如本公司日期为2024年7月31日的公告所述，第三个解除限售期解除限售条件未成就，本公司应对93名激励对象已获授但尚未解除限售的第三个解除限售期的限制性股票予以回购注销，回购股份数量为2225.7万股。
由于2名激励对象持有的合计690万股限制性股票被司法冻结，该690万股限制性股票尚未完成中国证券登记结算有限责任公司深圳分公司的回购注销手续，本次完成回购注销的股份数量合计为1535.7万股，占激励计划授予总量的19.29%，占回购前本公司总股本的0.52%。
