新丝路文旅(00472.HK) 公布，全资附属北京悦豪物业管理作为买方，于今日(20日)与卖方彼岸时代科技控股订立协议，收购位于北京一处物业，代价为4,500万元人民币，折合约4,790万港元。
该物业位于北京市通州区台湖镇外郎营村北京民企总部基地，建筑面积为2,315.28平方米，地上三层，地下一层，将用作集团在中国提供物业管理服务公司的总部办公室用途。(gc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
