EBOS Group (ASX:EBO, NZE:EBO) said the Australian government and the National Pharmaceutical Services Association signed the first pharmaceutical wholesaler agreement, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The agreement outlines the government funding for wholesalers that are part of the Community Service Obligation until Dec. 31, 2029, and operates alongside the 8th Community Pharmacy Agreement, executed with the Pharmacy Guild on June 3, the filing said.
The company reaffirmed its fiscal 2025 underlying earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization of AU$575 million to AU$600 million, according to the filing.
The company's shares were up almost 1% in recent Friday trade in New Zealand.
