12月18日，金川集团党委书记、董事长阮英会见华侨银行有限公司董事总经理兼成都分行行长黄珏刚一行，双方围绕跨境金融合作、拓宽金融服务等座谈交流。

阮英对黄珏刚一行到访表示欢迎，并介绍金川集团主要业务板块和海外业务发展等情况。他表示，金川集团贯彻落实省委、省政府安排部署，持续深化改革，加快推进资本运营工作，不断提升全球市场竞争力。加强资源开发和产业投资已成为金川全球化布局的重要举措，希望双方发挥各自优势，拓展合作领域，创新合作模式，在支持金川海外项目建设、加大信贷支持力度、拓宽供应链金融业务合作等方面开展全方位、多层次、宽领域的务实合作，为金川高质量发展注入金融新动能。

 黄珏刚对金川集团高质量发展取得的成果表示祝贺，并介绍华侨银行有限公司概况、业务布局和产品特色。他表示，华侨银行有限公司历史悠久，拥有丰富的海外金融服务经验，与金川集团在业务方面契合点多，希望与金川保持密切合作，健全完善对接交流机制，精准开展金融服务，互学互鉴，携手共进，共筑银企合作新典范。
