智通财经APP获悉，全球调味料品牌味好美(MKC.US)正在就从Falfurria Capital Partners手中收购 Sauer Brands Inc. 进行谈判。
一位不愿透露姓名的知情人士表示，这笔交易可能使这家以 Duke's 蛋黄酱品牌闻名的Sauer Brands公司估值超过 10 亿美元。目前双方尚未达成协议，谈判仍有可能以失败告终，或者可能会出现另一个买家。
Falfurrias 于 2019 年收购了CF Sauer Co.，后者还生产其他调味品、香料和香草。Falfurrias 今年开始考虑出售这家现名为 Sauer Brands 的公司。
2020 年，总部位于马里兰州亨特谷的味好美以 7.1 亿美元收购了调味品制造商 Fona International，并以 8 亿美元收购了辣酱制造商Cholula。味好美的股价今年已上涨约 17%，市值约为 215 亿美元。
