【保时捷中国：确实在对组织架构进行优化重组】金十数据12月18日讯，日前有消息称豪华汽车品牌保时捷中国开启裁员，并给出“N+6”的赔偿。记者从保时捷中国内部员工处获悉，公司总部确实已经开启裁员，裁员比例约为10%，本轮裁员已经完成，“当天通知、第二天就走人”。对于传言所称“N+6”的赔偿，消息人士表示部分员工是这一标准，但入职时间短的员工获得的赔偿低于这一标准。对此，保时捷方面回应称，“面对复杂的市场环境，我们确实在对内部组织架构进行优化重组，以求在行业快速转型中保持可持续发展。在此背景下，保时捷中国正持续提升各部门及项目的效率、优化成本。根据实际情况，相关措施也涉及直接人力成本及包括行政管理开支、差旅费用及培训成本等在内的间接人力成本。”
