协鑫科技拟配售最多15.6亿股，价格折让17.36%
财中社12月19日电协鑫科技（03800）发布公告，宣布与配售代理签订了配售协议，计划配售最多15.6亿股股份，配售价为每股1港元。配售股份占公司截至公告日期已发行股本总额的约5.79%，预计配售所得款项总额约为15.6亿港元，净额约为15.3亿港元，主要用于资本性支出及一般运营资金。配售价格较最后交易日的收市价1.21港元折让约17.36%。
此外，公司正在探讨发行可换股债券的可能性，预计于2025年1月左右发起，预计本金总额最高达5亿美元。该可换股债券将仅向专业投资者发售，尚未订立任何最终协议，可能发行的可能性仍存在不确定性。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖股份时应审慎行事。
