智通财经APP讯，畅捷通(01588)发布公告，根据指引，于2024年12月17日，公司董事会审议及批准公司向中国证监会提交申请，内容有关将公司若干股东持有的5340.12万股境内未上市内资股(占公司于本公告日期已发行股份总数的16.39%，其中包括公司控股股东用友网络科技股份有限公司直接持有的2.01亿股内资股中的2813.53万股内资股，及其附属公司用友优普信息技术有限公司和北京用友幸福投资管理有限公司分别所持有的全部1397.3万股和100.62万股内资股)转换为公司的境外上市股份。于取得所有相关批准(包括中国证监会及联交所的批准)及遵守所有适用法律、法规及规则后，该等内资股将转换为H股，以及公司将申请该等H股于联交所主板上市及买卖。
