本报讯　据“路透社”，霍尼韦尔近日表示，正在考虑剥离其高利润率的航空航天业务，此举得到积极投资者埃利奥特投资管理公司（Elliott Investment Management）的支持，该公司一直在推动霍尼韦尔航空航天业务分拆。

　　霍尼韦尔是美国为数不多拥有综合业务的集团之一，在首席执行官维马尔·卡普尔（Vimal Kapur）领导下，该公司于2024年大举进行交易，专注于自动化、航空和能源业务，同时剥离与其计划不符的业务部门。

　　然而，霍尼韦尔2024年股价表现不佳，引起了埃利奥特的注意。埃利奥特已持有该公司超50亿美元股份，并推动其航空航天和自动化业务分离。霍尼韦尔表示，其董事会迄今已在战略替代方案审查方面取得“重大进展”，公司将在第四季度业绩发布时提供最新信息，通常将在2025年1月最后一周发布。 （陆瑶）
