智通财经APP讯，中国中车(601766.SH)发布公告，为创新投资模式，推进“产”“研”有效融合，建立科技成果转化合作新机制，加快培育战略新兴产业，公司全资子公司中车资本管理有限公司(简称“中车资本”)以自有或自筹资金认购中科科技成果转化创业投资基金(广东)合伙企业(有限合伙)的合伙份额。该基金总认缴出资额预计为30.03亿元(具体以最终实际募集的资金金额为准)，公司全资子公司中车资本作为该基金有限合伙人认缴出资额为3亿元。
该基金重点投资于新能源、新材料、新一代信息技术、高端装备等领域的创业投资基金、股权投资基金和创新型科技企业，与公司产业布局存在协同，公司子公司投资该基金，有利于创新投资模式，推进产业与资本的有效融合。
