　　卓航控股（01865）公布，于2024年12月17日，该公司与中亚股权投资基金管理（深圳）有限公司（卖方）订立谅解备忘录，拟向卖方收购协鑫产业园管理（广东）有限公司的51%股权。

　　据悉，目标公司主要从事管理抽水蓄能电站、智能制造、屋顶光伏、定制逆变器工厂及定制接线盒工厂。

　　董事会认为，集团收购协鑫将有助集团的能源业务与智能制造业务，并为集团在中国境内的光伏、风电、储能、光储充一体化超充站、综合智慧能源管理等清洁能源项目所需提供支援。该集团将充分发挥在产业链方面的优势，为双方合作项目提供产业链覆盖及外资注入等方面的支持。双方将发挥各自优势在项目开发、投资、研究及运营阶段，采用资源互利共享等方式实现项目合作。
