南方财经12月19日电，天眼查App显示，近日，巨子生物（HK.02367）发生工商变更，注册资本由约3.3亿人民币增至约6.9亿人民币，增幅约110%。西安巨子生物基因技术股份有限公司成立于2001年9月，法定代表人为严建亚，经营范围含第一类医疗器械生产、生物基材料制造、日用化学产品制造、化工产品生产、第一类医疗器械销售、第二类医疗器械销售、卫生用品和一次性使用医疗用品销售等，现由范代娣、广东金荔投资有限责任公司、中润经济发展有限责任公司等共同持股。
