【市场监管总局： 将聚焦风险高、销量大食品 加强抽检】金十数据12月19日讯，在近日召开的第二十二届中国食品安全大会上，市场监管总局有关负责人表示，将继续充分发挥食品抽检在食品安全监管中的“雷达”作用，聚焦风险程度高、居民消费量大的重点食品品种，提高抽检的靶向性。同时，进一步加强抽检不合格食品后续处置工作，以多批次不合格企业为重点，深入开展核查处置“回头看”。另外围绕监管急需、执法急用、基层实需，加快食品补充检验方法研制，规范食品快检使用，开展食品中可能添加非食用物质审定工作等，严厉打击违法违规行为。
