智通财经APP讯，归创通桥-B(02190)发布公告，经参考首次公开发售前购股权计划的承授人清单及条件，并计及本公司的财务业绩及彼等各自对本集团的个人贡献，待股东于临时股东大会上采纳股份奖励计划及批准有条件授出后，董事会决定向选定参与者授出合共373.51万份奖励(授出)。于股份奖励计划及有条件授出生效后，首次公开发售前购股权计划将被终止及根据首次公开发售前购股权计划授出的所有尚未行使购股权将失效。
