智通财经APP获悉，小赢科技(XYF.US)宣布，将以每股7.67美元的价格从其大股东手中回购635万股美国存托凭证，相当于3809万股A类普通股，总回购价格约为4870万美元。
据悉，该公司已批准一项新的5000万美元的A类普通股回购计划，有效期至2026年6月30日。从大股东手中的回购完成后，该公司之前的两个股票回购计划将完成。根据新的5000万美元股票回购计划，约有1590万美元将用于未来的潜在回购。
该公司通过股息和股票回购向股东返还了约7600万美元的价值，其中包括1650万美元的现金股息、920万美元的收购要约、4870万美元的近期回购以及160万美元的其他回购。该公司在2024年回购了相当于5220万股A类普通股，占截至2023年12月31日已发行和发行在外的普通股的17.8%。
