南京格格象与广州瑞恩签独家分销协议
GHW INTL（09933）发布公告，宣布其附属公司南京格格象健康科技有限公司与广州市瑞恩光学镜片有限公司于2024年12月20日签订了独家分销协议。根据该协议，南京格格象将获得在中国江苏省分销瑞恩的一系列光学镜片产品的独家许可，时间为2025年1月1日至2025年12月31日，并有选择续期三年的权利。此外，南京格格象还获得了在瑞恩授权的其他省份分销该产品的非独家许可。
该分销协议旨在推动针对视障人群的光学镜片专业产品的研发与营销，涉及的产品包括双光镜片、低视能助视镜、极端度数/高棱镜定制镜片、低视能复康助视镜及医用光敏滤光镜等。南京格格象专注于在中国进行先进医疗和保健产品的营销、分销及销售，瑞恩则是瑞士宝镜片在中国的独家授权分销商，致力于提供高效的视觉解决方案以满足不同的视觉需求。
