【推动公私募产品协同发展，业界建议明确私募REITs定义】金十数据12月19日讯，“在中国市场，公募REITs市场正处于快速发展之中，但是私募REITs市场的内涵和外延还没有一个准确的界定。”面对快速发展的中国REITs市场，12月19日发布的《2024中国REITs市场发展白皮书》，提出了前述看法和建议。《报告》建议，监管层面进一步加强政策研究，逐步推动REITs立法，并适时出台产品的转板制度。目前，对于投资不动产私募基金(试点)、持有型不动产ABS的投资者，都很关心私募REITs产品是否会有对接公募REITs的灵活转板制度。
