** Shares of Australia's NTAW Holdings fall as much as 31.2% to A$0.265, their lowest levels since May 2020

** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct fall since Nov 2018

** The tyre and wheel distributor withdraws outlook for FY25 including its operating EBITDA forecast

** In a difficult trading environment, revenue growth has not met expectations and it is not certain that shortfall will be recovered over the balance of FY25 - NTD

** Near 455,235 shares change hands, vs 30-day average volume of 48,273 shares

** Stock has fallen 65.8% so far this year
