艾迪康控股拟回购不超3629万股股份 价格不超过9.69港元/股

回购的时间范围为2024年12月19日至下届股东周年大会结束时或相关法律规定的期限届满之日。公司将利用内部资源为回购提供资金，并根据市场情况及资本管理需求决定是否注销回购股份或将其作为库存股。董事会表示，进行股份回购显示了对公司业务前景的信心，并认为现有财务资源足以支持回购计划，同时维持稳健的财务状况。
