智通财经APP讯，港铁公司(00066)发布公告，公司宣布接获现任车务及创新总监李家润的通知，他将于2025年4月30日完成与公司的现有服务协议后退休。因此，自2025年5月1日起，李家润将不再担任公司车务及创新总监、执行总监会成员及公司若干附属公司的董事。
李家润退休后，其现时关于公司在香港与铁路相关的资产表现、资产管理、新铁路项目车务策划及发展，以及车务安全及品质的职责，将由全面负责公司香港铁路营运业务的香港客运服务常务总监接管。此外，自李家润退休后，负责公司整体科技及创新相关事务的数码及创新部将由公司行政总裁直接监督。
